I'll try that later. <BR/><BR/>I usually hand-mix the mixture and then add double-boiled chocolate for chocolatey macaroons. I have never tried ones with lemon zest, I wonder what it'll taste like.<BR/><BR/>Have you ever tried putting chocolate chips into the mixture?
