Easy Gingerbread



2 boxes of butterscotch pudding
1 cup butter (room temp)
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 cups of flour
3 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 350F and use parchment paper or grease the sheets

Cream the butter and sugar

Add the eggs, mix in the pudding, mix the flour and spices, and gradually add the mixture to the butter mixture.

Roll out the dough to 1/2cm

Bake for 10 minutes

It's actually a really good recipe.
I love ginger cookies of all kinds.
You can roll out the dough right away, and you don't have to leave it in the fridge overnight, like so many other gingerbread recipes.
