Left Over Stir Fry

This is a quick stir fry made from left overs.
This particular fry is made with leftover grilled steak, and veggies that were in the fridge at the time.

You'll need, but can substitute any veggies you like/or have:

Sesame oil
Corn oil
Minced garlic
Minced ginger
Left over meat (beef, pork, chicken...whatever..cut into bite sized pieces)
1 onion chopped into large pieces
Bok Choy
Sliced carrots
2 bell peppers (I had red and yellow on hand)
Some peas
Sweet Soy Sauce
Regular Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce

Heat the sesame oil, and corn oil until hot in your wok.
Add the garlic and ginger for a few seconds, and then your meat and onions.
Cook until the meat is reheated, and looking good.

Add some Oyster sauce, Sweet Soy and Soy.
Stir until it's bubbling and the sauce looks thicker.

Add your veggies, and put your peas in last...if you use peas.
I threw in some pepper flakes too, at the very end.

Cook until it looks done, but make sure that the veggies are still crisp.

This meal only takes a few minutes to make.
The cutting and prep take longer than the cooking, and it's great when you come home late and don't have a lot of time.
Use any leftover meat you have.
It's all good.

Serve on a bed of rice or noodles.
